Services provided in Korean when necessary. Dr. Changsoo Lee enjoys seeing patients of all ages from infants to grandparents. He has over 20 years of experience providing eye care and treatment and management of ocular conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. He specializes in fitting contact lenses that are challenging, including myopia control, and provides a personalized care to each patient.

This is Emma!
She is the Optician Tech for our Target location! She is also coming up on her 2nd year with us at Focus Eye Care.

Emma was born in Cali, raised in Oregon. She’s lived in KC for 2 years now, and is very close to her family with 8 siblings that she enjoys loving on & spending time with!

For fun she loves to read and does charcoal drawing every now and then. She is also a singer/musician and gets to do what she loves by singing and playing at a local ministry. A fun fact about her is that she recently found out she loves running! 🏃‍♀️

This is Bella!
She is the assistant to the office manager and is in charge of the Front Desk. She is coming up on her 2nd year at Focus Eye Care. Her favorite part about working here is how detailed and consistent the job is as well as her friendships with her coworkers.

Bella has grown up in Kansas City, but spent a few years in Oregon and in Brazil. Now she is settled in KC with her family.

For fun she likes to read, go to coffee shops, and spend time with friends and family. A fun fact about her is that she loves to host monthly dinner parties with her girlfriends.

This is Olivia Lee!
She is our optician tech and will have been working with us for 2 years this June! Her favorite part about working here is cleaning and organizing everything as well as our Monday morning weekend debrief. 👏🏼

Olivia is originally from Boston MA, and after lots of travel she is now living in KC with her family!

For fun she enjoys going on walks, journaling, grabbing coffee with friends, and shopping for gifts for people! A fun fact about her is that she loves winter sports! Snowboarding, skiing, and ice skating! ⛸️❄️

This is Hailey Cassaro!
She is our office manager and is coming up on her second year at Focus Eye Care. Her favorite part about working here is the family environment and friendships with her coworkers.

Hailey is originally from Central Arkansas and now lives in Kansas City with her husband Sam. They are celebrating their 1 year anniversary in May.

For fun Hailey enjoys baking sourdough, sewing, and thrifting. A fun fact about her is that she enjoys listening to punk rock music!
