Teresa's Loving Care, Birth and Postpartum Doula Services We are a mother daughter team that offers postpartum doula & nanny services in the Kansas City area. I want all women to have the birth experience they desire.

About Teresa: I am a birth and postpartum doula, including overnight care. The birth of my first son in 1981 was a profound life changing event for me. From the moment David was born I realized how incredible and capable a woman's body is. We all have the right to feel respected, in control and empowered through our labor and birth at home or in a birth center or hospital. I went on to have three more beautiful, natural birth experiences. Now that my children are out of the nest I am devoted to what I now know is my life's calling. All the best to you for a safe, healthy and incredible birth! About Angela: I am currently available for overnight postpartum care. I took a DONA postpartum doula training January 2015. I have a degree in Early Childhood and taught preschool before having my oldest child 2007. Since his birth I have nannied part time, and offered other child care services. Angela and I had the honor of serving 43 beautiful families this year. We’ve shared more special moments, firsts, laughter, hugs, and tears, with our amazing “extended” families than we can count! Thank you for your love, trust, and generosity and making us feel so comfortable in your home!

The holidays seemed to happen faster this year, maybe l’m moving slower! Didn’t get cards made and even New Years cards are looking unlikely, at this point. But what absolute joy and gratitude I feel when I open a card from a current or previous family we have served! Some of my “doula babies” are driving and dating now!! How is that possible? Thank you for thinking of us! We love watching your family grow.❤️
We had a wonderful year of caring for the most beautiful, sweet babies and their families! Our hearts are truly full. Thank you for inviting us into your homes and treating us like family.
