A hard truth for some is that you’re not broken... you might just be dysregulated.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re running on empty with no creativity, no patience, just pure exhaustion, this one’s for you.

Your nervous system has been stuck with its foot on the gas pedal (fight-or-flight mode) when what you really need is to shift into park and let your body rest.

When I explain this to clients, I see the relief in their eyes as an explanation that makes sense that brings hope that there’s a way forward.

Your body is literally trying to communicate with you through sleep issues, digestive problems, inflammation, and that constant “wired but tired” feeling

The truth? You have more control than you think. Your body wants to heal, it just needs the right tools.
