A name is a blueprint for our vision 👁️ we wish to share with the world.

I often get asked how I came up with my name for my practice. The truth is it came to me. When I first started this journey of going out on my own it wasn't because I wanted to. I had never been someone who saw themselves having their own business. Like, massage, entrepreneurship chose me.

When I decided to fully embrace this beautiful opportunity I was called to bring new life to my practice starting with the name. has always had a special place in my heart ❤️ for it was a place I received healing and more peace when I needed it most.

Words cannot express the experience of love and transformation that took place when I was there. In my practice, I strive to give my best and create the experience I was blessed with in Hawaii to everyone of my clients.

At Ho'ōla Mind and Body there is more than just massage. There are services curated to create a journey of transformation of mind, body, and spirit. This is my passion and purpose to share with all of you.

My ❤️ is filled with today as I celebrate my and .

Who would have thought this is where I would be? I sure didn't. I knew I wanted to help others but never was drawn anything and a simple commercial in Florida created enough for me to see what as a career was all about.

1️⃣8️⃣ Years later here I am growing in ways I never imagined. to my family, my mentors and all my incredible clients I have worked with over these incredible years.

👉🏼 If anyone out there is searching or feeling they don't know what to do in life, I want you to keep going and stay curious in all you do. Your purpose will find you and for anyone who feels stuck, know your purpose is ready to evolve.
