Truth is there is no one size fits all stretch. Find the ones you like and do them if they give you the outcome you are looking for.
If you're in pain then stretching is unlikely to fix your problem, but may help it feel better for a bit.

Pain is not an age problem.
It’s a movement problem.

The difference?
Not age, but instead understanding their body and fixing the root issue.

Relief is not the same as fixing the problem.

Adjustments are a tool.
But they’re not usually the solution by themselves.

You’ve tried a lot…
But most of it probably focused on relief.
Not resolution.
There’s a big difference.
Relief = temporary
Resolution = lasting change
And you only get resolution when you find the cause.
