Restorative Yoga โบ๏ธAn Exhale, a Sigh, a Letting Go๐ฎโ๐จIn life we are constantly doing, driving striving, achieving, worrying, running, lifting, sitting, and going, going, going. ๐ช๐๐๏ธ๐๐ช๐ฉWhen we go, go, go our stress hormones are activated, cortisol goes up and our muscles tighten.
Restorative yoga offers a counter to our busy fight or flight world where you are fully invited to let go of all the stress you are carrying. ๐ฎโ๐จLet down the weight of the world and simply BE. โ๏ธ๐๏ธWhen you do so you will feel calmer, more content. This practice is great even for advanced yogis to help achieve a deeper connection to your practice, allowing the internal organs and deep muscle fibers to relax so you can go deeper. โฏ๏ธ
