Our residents enjoyed "traveling" to Germany recently! Our Travel Club members stamp their passports for each country we "tour" and receive boarding passes for their flights. They enjoy the native foods and beverages from the various countries they tour! We wish you Alles Gute (all the best!).

We sure enjoyed this Mix & Mingle with residents at Brookdale College Square. We loved hearing the singing and watching the feet and heads bounce to the rhythm. There is such joy in music. 🎵 🎼 🎶

Teresa (Harry’s daughter) did an amazing job presenting and highlighting “The Wizard of Oz” by having a PowerPoint and sharing about her visit to the “The Wizard of Oz" museum and memorabilia. Our residents had a wonderful time celebrating with a themed social gathering. We watched the movie, got to learn some interesting facts about it, and had an ice cream to end it! Laughter, memories, and a bit of Oz magic filled our afternoons! Thank you, Teresa!

Brookdale College Square had a great time at Hawaiian Brothers in honor of our travels to Hawaii. Residents indulged in the fine cuisines of Hawaiian foods and had pineapple or raspberry sherbet for dessert.

Happy National Assisted Living Week. This week our Travel Club went to Hawaii! 🏝️ Our residents in were soaking up the island vibes as they “traveled” through the beautiful Hawaiian Islands. With tropical music in the background and colorful decorations all around, everyone was feeling that aloha spirit! To top it off, they enjoyed cool, refreshing sherbet served in coconut cups—because nothing says “Hawaii” like a sweet treat with a view! 🌈🍧🌴 Aloha!
