Meet Kara — one of the incredible founding members of OTF Woodlake! 🍊

After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.

For Kara, it’s the friendships, support, and shared goals that make OTF feel like home. She’s a big fan of Tread 50 and already has her sights set on Strength 50 next! 👟🧡

Kicking off September with our member spotlight, Linda!!

What inspired you to start at OTF?
My daughter encouraged me to join because of of the coaching and to add weights to my workouts.

🍂What do you love about OTF?
I love the community - coaches and members who notice when you are gone for a few days and encourage and celebrate one another. I like that if I get myself to class, the coach will tell me exactly what to do. And the workouts vary from day to day.

🍁What’s your favorite workout day/type?
I love the tornado workouts

🍃What is your biggest accomplishment since starting OTF?
I am building muscle instead of losing it!

🍂Favorite quote or motto?
I am only competing against myself
