There is a lot of stress out in the world folks. Stress leads to inflammation, inflammation leads to chronic inflammation, which leads to dis-ease, and finally disease. The best way to combat stress is to help someone else with their stress. Give, love, serve, and repeat as often as possible in as many ways as possible!

OMG - At the end of the day I was tired and hungry and ready to be at home. A patient made a last minute appointment at took the last appointment of the day at 5:50. My CA politely asked if I would stay even though I was through at 5:30. I answered, yes of course I will because it’s my job to serve. The young man was so grateful and said the following, “Thanks for waiting for me. I want you to know you are doing God’s work! I’m in pain and what you do is helping me avoid surgery. At my age, even the surgeon advised I wait as long as possible.”

Join me in celebrating Chiropractic’s birthday. It all started when DD noticed that the maintenance man (Harvey Willard) had an obvious misalignment. We now call that a subluxation. A subluxation is a misalignment that causes interference to the nervous system. He adjusted the misalignment and Harvey’s hearing was restored. DD then started developing what is now called Chiropractic.

In this video I did not maintain my balance. It doesn’t look horrible, but I need to have more arch in my back. So proper alignment and posture will improve your golf game. We all have work to do including your chiropractor, so let’s challenge each other to improve!
