Had the honor of being faculty for the 2026 Aesthetic MEET in Boston!! It started with the Board of Directors Meeting on Wednesday. Thursday, I Chaired the Deep Plane Facelift Cadaver Lab which was SOLD OUT and action packed. Friday I lectured on filler injections! Saturday I hosted my Deep Plane Facelift & Deep Necklift Teaching Course and rounded out the week on Sunday morning by lecturing on the Main Stage on Facelift Anatomy and Technique. However, the BEST part of all of it was getting to see so many of my incredible colleagues, close friends and KU residents/alumni. Congrats to for a fantastic program. Already looking forward to next year in Miami!!

Patients always ask which procedures deliver the most impact with the least downtime, and blepharoplasty is consistently at the top of that list.

For this patient, the upper lids had significant excess skin that was hooding the eye and creating heaviness across the entire upper face. The lower lids showed both fat prolapse and fine lines from years of skin laxity. Removing that upper lid skin alone opens the eye dramatically. Combined with lower lid fat repositioning and the chemical peel refining the texture underneath, the result is a completely refreshed eye area that looks natural and rested, not operated on.
