In this patient, we performed a breast augmentation to restore upper pole fullness and improve overall projection. A moderate-plus profile implant was selected to complement her proportions and create a smooth, natural slope from the chest wall to the ni**le.

We take special care to preserve the tragal contour (the small flap in front of the ear opening) and the lobule shape (the curve of the earlobe) so the ear looks natural after healing. With time and proper care, scars typically fade into fine lines that are hard to see.

Before surgery, this patient presented with sagging neck skin, jowls, and loss of jawline definition. These changes cannot be corrected with skincare alone. Correction requires lifting and tightening the deeper tissues while removing excess skin.

Following a lower face lift and neck lift surgery, her jawline is more defined, the neck contour is smoother, and the overall profile appears more youthful. The outcome is natural, balanced, and in harmony with her features.
