This patient came to us wanting to address loose skin and contour concerns that were not improving on their own. At 6 months post op, she is already seeing strong, stable results through her waist, lower back and outer thighs. This Thanksgiving we're thankful for rhinoplasty 🙏

One week after rhinoplasty and the splint is off. Even with early swelling, you can see the key changes we aimed for with this patient. The bridge is smoother, the previous bump is reduced, and the nasal tip is beginning to show a more defined shape. This stage always carries the most swelling, so what you are seeing now is only the starting point.

Here is what patients can expect with a typical recovery timeline:
• Day 7: Splint removal and the first look at the new framework of the nose.
• Weeks 2 to 4: Swelling begins to settle and the nose starts to look more natural.
• Months 1 to 3: Most of the noticeable swelling fades and the profile becomes more refined.
• Months 6 to 12: The tip continues to settle and the final contour develops.

This patient is at the very beginning of the healing process and the nose will continue to settle into a more defined and natural shape over time.

✨ 10 months post-op: Breast Augmentation with Lift

For this patient, the goal wasn’t just lifting. It was creating a shape that lasts.

Long-term results depend on how well the lower pole (the bottom part of the breast) is supported. Some older techniques, like dermal mastopexy, rely on the dermis for support, but they don’t maintain lower pole control and can lose shape sooner.

Today, most long-lasting lifts use a glandular mastopexy, which reshapes and supports the breast tissue from within. This creates stronger internal support and helps the breast keep its lifted, balanced shape over time.

For this patient, that approach made all the difference in achieving a result that stays beautiful months later.
