Our patient came to us after a previous surgery that left her with seven different grafts, which needed to be carefully removed. Dr. Bortnick performed one of his most complex procedures to date by reconstructing the nasal structure to improve breathing, refine the tip, and narrow the nasal width.

She’s now 6 months post-op, breathing better than ever, and still has a bit of swelling as healing continues.

Before & After | This patient previously underwent radiation as part of her breast cancer treatment, which resulted in scar capsule formation around her right breast implant. We performed an implant exchange and capsulectomy to improve symmetry and maintain the integrity of her reconstruction.

After losing 200 pounds, this patient underwent a comprehensive lower body lift to remove excess skin and improve overall contour. The procedure included a circumferential abdominoplasty, gluteal lift, and lift of the medial thighs, restoring smoother lines and improved comfort.
