Happy Heart Month
Welcome to February. The month that is all about your heart. Keeping your heart healthy is as easy as moving your body for at least 30 minutes a day. It doesn't have to be intense every day, just consistent. Yoga is a great way to keep your heart healthy and help you recover from your workouts and daily stresses.
Here is the February Schedule to keep you healthy, recovered, and happy all month:
Mondays - 10:35am 20 Minute Stretch and Recovery
Wednesday - 10:35am 30 Minute Yoga Basics
Fridays - 10:35am 20 Minute Stretch and Recovery
Sunday, Feb. 6th and 27th - 5:45pm- 1 hour Yin Yoga with Sam
Sunday, Feb. 13th and 20th - 10:45am 1 hour Yin Yoga with Jen
All classes are in-person and online.
$20 a month gets you Unlimited access, plus access to our video library for you to do anytime on your time.
