We’re 3 months out from a and facial fat grafting and our patient is healing beautifully! Her surgery to me highlights how helpful facial fat grafting can be. She is in beyond excellent shape and carries almost no extra weight, which is true in the face as well. A little fat grafting along with the lift helps rejuvenate the face & neck.

for our medical professional patient from the ! This was a tricky one, her prior surgery was >20 years ago and we needed to re-contour the dorsum and position the tip better. So we used mtf irradiated rib graft and her temporalis fascia to create a strong midline support and soft onlay graft. Then we positioned her tip with her ow residual septal cartilage.

She’s in the medical business so she knows how to handle the recovery. Thanks to her for letting us share!

Our patient is now 2 months after her and she’s healing beautifully. She hasn’t let the recovery slow her down at all. We reduced the dorsum via structural techniques and used cartilage grafting to rotate and sculpt the tip.

Results on the table before and after to refine the profile and straighten the nose. If you see the top view you’ll notice that we brought the bridge toward the midline, and from the bottom view we “symmetrized” the nostrils. 👃🏻😊

We contoured the dorsum, rotated and maintained projection of the tip. She’s two months in with some more healing to go!

Brow Lift + Upper Bleph with fat grafting - thanks to our patient for letting us share! She’s now 6 weeks out from surgery and healing up well - with the goal to look younger & more alert without looking like she’s had surgery.

We performed an endoscopic-type approach without cameras, and a conservative bleph with conservative upper orbital fat grafting.

One of our favorite nurses (and people) in the world is now 6 weeks out from and she’s healing up beautifully! We still will see some improvement in contouring and narrowing over the next few months but the hardest part is done.
I’m so happy it’s going the right direction. Thanks to her for letting us share her pics.

Look at these beautiful selfies sent from our patient & friend just a month after and !!! She’s pretty much the perfect candidate for these procedures - healthy, great anatomy, nice to our team, motivated but with some laxity and volume loss that we could improve.

She’s still a little red from the laser and has some swelling but she’s crushing the recovery. It can be hard to come into from out of town for surgery, then head home after the stitches come out for the recovery but she has been doing awesome from a distance! We appreciate her sending her updated photos and keeping up with her recovery homework! 😍

Our patient is now 6 weeks out from a rhinoplasty with rib cartilage to reconstruct her nose and improve a septal perforation! She’s healing beautifully & the swelling around the tip gets better every week.

We used her rib cartilage to reconstruct the support system with:
-dorsal struts sutured to the nasal bones with nylon
-caudal street fixated to the maxilla with nylon
-lateral crural struts grafts
-tip & infratip grafts
-cartilage fragments used as an onlay graft

She’s breathing better than ever & has been so great to our team. Thx to her for letting us share.

Six weeks for our patient after brow lift & conservative upper blepharoplasty! For her, both procedures play a role in reducing heaviness from the upper eyelids, rejuvenating the ocular complex and creating a more alert appearance.

Brow descent isn’t always associated with aging (this patient is very young) but a heavier brow may be genetic. Performing a brow lift via 4 little incisions hidden behind the hairline gently raises the brow and fixates it for the years to come. We also removed a few mm of upper eyelid skin to create a stronger eyelid crease.
