photos for our beautiful patient now after and ! She’s still in the middle of the recovery and was kind enough to let us share these photos. We set out to contour the dorsum and the tip of her nose, seeking a natural and feminine result (& improving her breathing 💨). We also performed an otoplasty to naturally contour the curve of her ear closer in, without pinning or contorting the ear.

Beautiful results for our patient now 3mos after deep neck lift, chin implant facial fat grafting and subtle rhinoplasty! We rebalanced her by contouring the deep neck structures & glands and adding volume to her temples, along the jawline, near her chin and elsewhere. We also added a chin implant to extend her jawline.

She is healing so well and has been a gem! Thanks to her for letting us share & continuing to be so patient with the healing process!

Here’s our patient a few months out from we performed to narrow her nose & contour the tip. She’s been great - and very patient waiting for swelling to go down. We still expect more contouring over the next few months.

As always we’re shooting for a natural, more symmetric appearance after surgery. And we appreciate patients like her that are kind and generous with the team. Thx to her for letting us share.

Over time our patient lost the support of her septum and her nose retracted inward. So we borrowed two of her ribs and rebuilt the L-shaped support and side supports to project her nose outward and recreate a natural, feminine shape.

She’s been wonderful to our team and we’ve loved watching her enjoy her new nose so far. Thanks to her for letting us share.

On the table photos for our patient & friend who previously was hit with a baseball & couldn’t breathe with a crooked nose! So we borrowed his rib and rebuilt the bridge with spreader grafts & a dorsal onlay graft.

He’s back to life now a week out from surgery and is on the look out for any ⚾️
