Thanks to our patient for letting us share her on the table photos. We used her rib cartilage to narrow, sculpt, refine her features with a lot of fine tuning! She’s healing up beautifully so far and is been great to the team! ❤️👃🏻

rhinophyma resurfacing of the nose with our contour TRL laser! He’s about 6 weeks out from the procedure and healing beautifully. These procedures are very common for guys with rosacea and the treatment is a combination of scalpel skin reduction and laser resurfacing! He’s been awesome during the recovery & has become a friend of the practice! Thanks to him for letting us share.

She’d had prior surgery so we borrowed her rib cartilage to restore her nasal structure and add contour. We then placed a fascial onlay graft.

Combined endoscopic-style with finesse . Thanks to our patient for letting us share!

For finesse procedures like these, our patients look great before surgery and are just hoping to fine tune the details. So we set out to contour her brows via incisions hidden well behind her hairline. We then contoured her dorsum and straightened it with asymmetric spreader grafts. Then we created a rotated and narrowed nasal tip which was her preference & performed bilateral weir excisions. 😍👃🏻👁️

We had our third & final postop visit with one of our favorite patients after her facelift, deep necklift, upper and lower and fat grating. I really spent a lot of time trying to get the neck contour correct and I think she’s healing beautifully. She’s also got an awesome attitude and our team loves her. Thanks to her for letting us share her journey!
