Had the best weekend celebrating Ellie’s 26+14th bday in Vancouver BC! We did the sea-to-sky gondola, biked from brewery to brewery, went to , went to comedy shows etc etc and loved it. Can’t wait to come back to Canada for my 40th in 11 years!

Nearly a year ago we performed a revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting for our friend & patient here in . Each month got a bit better & I’m thrilled with the way she’s healing up and breathing through her nose. We brought her tip out & up and better defined her aesthetic lines. Good things take time! Thanks to her for her patience and the way she’s treated my team!

Here’s our patient 6 months after a revision rhinoplasty and she’s healing beautifully! She’s been great during the recovery.

She had a prior surgery elsewhere back in the day which disarticulated her septum - the support of the nose - from the bony skeleton. So we “borrowed” her rib to rebuild the midline support and used an assortment of cartilage and fascial grafts to soften things to get a natural result.

She’s breathing better and six months in things are settling and healing. Thanks to her for letting us share these -

One of our favorite patients (and bakers) is now one month out from facelift, necklift, temporal brow lift and fat grafting! She’s been so good to our crew & we’re so happy she’s loving the results so far.

My favorite part is the fat grafting! Especially around the eyes I think it makes things look so natural and youthful. And she takes amazing care of herself and has really expedited the healing process. We’re so glad she trusted us with the surgery especially having to come from out of town during a snowstorm…..thanks to her for letting us share these photos!

One month ago our beautiful patient & colleague underwent a in to improve symmetry, improve breathing, and contour the nose to better fit her facial structure. We’re honored she trusted us with her procedure & recovery! She’s a month in and has been following the rules to a T, expediting her recovery. In the months ahead we expect further narrowing of the middle & lower third of the nose and are using nostril retainers to help with better symmetry. Thanks to her for letting us put these studio photos out there!

Thanks to our patient for letting us put these photos out there! We brought down a bump on her bridge, rotated and narrowed the tip. We also fixed up the inside to help her breathe better. She’s on the road to recovery now & breathing great. Sometimes just some fine tuning for a natural result is the best way forward! And we love those dorsal aesthetic lines (blue) after we smoothed out the dorsum!
