Are you looking for a heated class that's gentler on the shoulders and wrists? Join us for one of our three Radiant Hot 26 classes which focus on standing, seated and reclining poses, eliminating some of the transitional poses that can be challenging for people with wrist or shoulder injuries.

Radiant Hot 26 classes are appropriate for all levels of practice. Modifications are offered to people who are new to yoga.
