* Faith Home Healthcare serves the following counties in Kansas: Wyandotte, Leavenworth, Johnson, Miami, Douglas, Linn, Shawnee, Franklin, Anderson, Atchison, Jefferson, Osage, Wabaunsee, Geary, Riley, Pottawatomie, Jackson, Brown, and Doniphan. Faith Home Healthcare serves the following counties in Missouri: Clay, Clinton, Jackson, Platte, Buchanan, Caldwell, Cass, Johnson, Ray and Lafayette.

* Faith Home Healthcare provides a welcome solution to those individuals that choose to remain in their home. Our professional nursing staff works with your physician to develop a comprehensive plan of care that is personalized to meet your healthcare needs.

* We answer our phones 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A referral can be made at any time.

* We provide Skilled Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Medical Social Work, Speech Therapy, and Home Health Aide.
