If you are 50 years of age or older I have a question for you. Are you starting to notice that your balance is not quite what it used to be? Understanding Movement and balance can help restore or keep the balance you have. Most people do balance exercises wrong by raising the leg in front of you. You should be in a walking or stepping forward motion with a foot behind you.
