Thank you all for attending Coach Amy’s seminar covering hormones!

Here are ten practical ways you can make a positive impact on your hormones:

•Spend 15 minutes outside shortly after sunrise – set your alarm!⏰
•Practice intermittent fasting 16:8 (16 hours fasting and 8-hour eating window)⏳
•Take a 10-minute walk after lunch and/or dinner🚶‍♀️
•Prepare one fresh meal a week – cut up ingredients and cook🥙
•Drink 80 ounces of water a day🚰
•Consume 80-100 grams of protein a day – some at each meal/snack 🍗
•Use 4-7-8 breathing technique (breathe in for a count of 4, hold count of 7, breathe out count of 8) 😮‍💨
•Add lemon or lime to water 🍋
•1-hour before bed, commit to no screen time (no phones, TV, iPad) 📱
•Get a minimum of 6.5 hours of sleep a night 😴
