Strong operations are built by people who understand the work firsthand and are willing to take ownership when they see a better way.

When Travis King started at Surgical Solutions as an OR technician, "The goal was always to allow surgeons and care teams to focus on patient care while we handled the details behind the scenes."

He supported care teams by anticipating their needs, helping with instrument turnover, and keeping cases moving. That experience taught him attention to detail, clear communication, and how hospitals really run.

As he learned our business, Travis spoke up about process gaps he saw and took initiative to improve them. That work opened the door to his current role as Digital Operations Manager, where he uses field knowledge to improve the workflows and reporting that support our teams and hospital partners.

His growth at Surgical Solutions began with doing the work well, asking good questions, and stepping into new challenges. Now, he has "a role I truly enjoy and feel best supports the company through my skill set."
