Your shoulder relies on more than just the joint itself - muscles, tendons, and connective tissue all work together to create smooth, pain-free movement. Weakness or tightness in one area can cause pain or limit performance.

Physical therapists evaluate the whole system to restore mobility, strengthen weak areas, and help you move safely, whether it’s on the field, in the gym, or just in daily life.

Sometimes our patients influence us just as much as we help them.

A patient came in wearing this shirt and the team loved it so much... we had to get our own! We love the little moments like this that bring some extra fun to the clinic.

Pilates and physical therapy share the same goal: helping your body move efficiently, safely, and pain-free.

By incorporating Pilates into PT, we can:

• Improve core stability and alignment
• Enhance movement control
• Target the muscles that support joints under load
• Reduce compensations that lead to pain or re-injury

It’s why patients who integrate controlled, purposeful movement into their rehab often recover stronger and move better long-term.

Strength and flexibility are important, but precision and control are what optimize your movement.
