Ebony Blockton and I collaborated with Carriage Town Ministries for a beautification project cleaning up in downtown Flint. - How long have you been with Maxim and what is your title?

I have been at Maxim for 4 months now and I am a Recruiter!

- What is your favorite part about your job?

My favorite part about my job is that there are no repetitive, boring days. Every day comes with its own set of challenges, and it is a good way to sharpen my problem-solving skills while also being able to help those who need it most.

- What is your favorite hobby/what do you like to do outside of work?

I love to fish and go to the dog park with my dog. If it is a nice day I will rarely be indoors if I can help it.

- If you were stranded on a deserted island and only had 3 things, what 3 objects would you have to have?

A fishing pole to get food, a hammock, and my dog, Bella, and I would be just fine.

- Who inspires you and why?

Lately, it has been anyone that I see that can remain positive even in tough times since that is something I want to get better at.
