Had a blast at Pride in the Park this last weekend. Got to spend the time with my eldest daughter. So appreciate her help!!! 🥰😘🥰

We’re going to go deeper in our reconnection of you to your Divine Light.

In my 3 floats/paddles/journeys on the paddle board I’ve come to a realization.

I wasted so much time not making my joy a priority.

You see I’ve been wanting to paddle board for YEARS!!! Hello Pisces Sun and Moon with Cancer rising!!! Water calls to me!!! It literally does. 🏝️🏝️🏝️

But I always allowed the day to get away from me, and then next thing you know the season’s over (Kansas winters 🥶🥶🥶).

This year, I said no more, I AM going to do this!!! I was lucky to have a new friend support me in getting started. Thank you , I so appreciate all your wisdom and support.

I almost let the fear of the unknown keep me from this beautiful sunrise this morning. This being only my third time total and my first time by myself made me hesitate on following through for fear of “what could happen”.

So glad I didn’t let fear win. It was so peaceful and magical. ☀️☀️☀️

Funny how the cards I pulled afterwards (for an upcoming Community Soul Journey event) reflected this beautifully. Be in the moment and know all will be well in the end.

Ps, does anyone know what the bird is in the last picture??? It was a beautiful little surprise that I’ve never seen before.

Happy Pride Month!!! 🌈💖🌈

My practice is a safe space for ALL!!!

I wish it was just a given everywhere in this world, but unfortunately, I’ve learned in the last couple of years that it just isn’t.

When I had someone who calls herself a “lightworker/healer” spew hate, I realized I need to drop the reminder that ALL are and are a little more frequently.

So I hope I made it abundantly clear with all the beautiful add ons to my shirt!!! 😊

And I absolutely love my reading glasses. Yes, I’m at that age, lol. I know the gray hair may have been a give away, but I was going gray in my 20’s!!! 😬😬😬
