Kinesphere Physical Therapy LLC is the company of Noelle Dowma DPT, BFA, who specializes in all orthopaedic injuries from the toes to the hip, the spine and the shoulder to the elbow/wrist. As a philosophy, Noelle approaches the body from a holistic standpoint, where she looks for the cause of the injury versus just covering up the symptoms. This means that elements such as poor control of the joi

nt above or below can cause injuries and by looking at the whole body, better success can be achieved. Each physical therapy session is geared towards creating a positive movement experience that can be integrated into daily activities so to diminish the habits that are causing the injury. The use of Pilates in rehabilitation is a cornerstone of the Kinesphere Physical Therapy approach. Other specializations include dance medicine, craniosacral therapy, kinesiotaping, osteopathic manual therapy, post surgical rehabilitation, scoliosis, osteoporosis and pain science.

💥 Tight Chest? Try This Wall Stretch! 💥
Sitting at a desk or slouching all weekend? Reset your posture with this simple chest opener:

✅ Stand in a doorway or between two walls
✅ Raise your arms to shoulder height, elbows bent at 90°
✅ Step forward slowly until you feel a stretch across your chest
✅ Hold for 20–30 seconds, breathe deeply, and repeat!

This stretch improves posture, opens up tight muscles, and gets your week off to a strong start. 🙌

ACL tears aren’t just for athletes on the field—dancers, figure skaters, and ballet performers are also at high risk due to the intense movements required in these disciplines. Here’s why:
