Coach Terri McBee here. Trying to find the right words to say here and all I can think of is the word, Elated!! I want to congratulate mine and Team Hardbody’s athlete, Angela Yeo! Yesterday, November 21, she competed at the 2020 NPC National Championships. She won in Class A of Womens Physique and earned her Pro Card!! Subsequently thereafter, winning the Overall. 🏆 I have been Angela’s prep coach for 7 years now! It’s been a journey and one that I have the upmost respect for her. She LIVES this lifestyle! She is quite honestly, the hardest working woman athlete I know, and have had the pleasure of working with. We had a lot of challenges this year, due to shows being cancelled and other obstacles. We just talked and came up with new plan each time. This is what being a coach is all about. This is a Team effort. Communication is Key! Listening is Key. Obviously with our years of working together, there is a solid amount of trust built and we are friends. I totally cried when her husband texted me and said she won it. His hands were shaking while texting, and so were mine. Long story short....she is the champion!!!
