Everything starts with a complimentary MAPPing Session, our Multipoint Assessment for Personal Programming. This is not a sales pitch. It's a comprehensive evaluation of where your body is right now, including your movement patterns, balance, vision, and health history. We use that information to build a program that's designed for YOU, not a generic workout pulled off a shelf. Your program changes every 4-6 weeks based on reassessment of your progress, so you're never stuck doing the same thing and your body never stops improving. We work around chronic pain, mobility limitations, and previous injuries. We are willing to coordinate with your medical team when needed. And we train you using functional movements, the same patterns your body uses to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and walk through your actual life. What a week looks like:
Our semi-private members train three times per week in small groups of 2-4 people, plus attend up to two yoga classes. The strength sessions build capability. The yoga sessions enhance recovery, flexibility, and mobility. They work together as a strategic combination designed to get results faster than either one alone. We also offer group coaching sessions and yoga-only memberships for those at different stages of their journey. Who leads this:
Richelle Schneider founded GET'N FIT in 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and has spent 21 years helping adults over 50 maintain their strength, mobility, and independence. She is currently pursuing advanced certifications in Women's Coaching, Menopause Coaching, and Sleep, Stress & Recovery through Girls Gone Strong and Precision Nutrition, as well as studying Brain First Movement and Applied Neurology through Z-Health Performance Solutions. The needs of her clients keep evolving and her knowledge has to keep pace. Richelle also brings something most fitness professionals don't: personal experience navigating chronic health challenges. She understands energy fluctuations, invisible illness, and what it means to find your edge. That's the space between challenging yourself and overworking your system.
