✨ This is what a lot of people think about when going to their first therapy appointment. But you do not need to be hesitant about going to your first appointment because you are nervous you will not be able to fit everything you need to talk about in your first session. ✨

There is time and multiple sessions for you to talk to your therapist about the different things going on in your life and how to tackle everything!

Here are some things you can expect to talk about in your first session with your counselor to help you feel more equipped on what to expect. ☺️

Lizette is dedicated to being an open resource and advocate for the q***r community.

Lizette has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Diego State University. She also has a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University.
