This class moves at an easy pace with a focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses.
Build strength, flexibility, and balance. Stephanie holds space for you to embark on an inner journey as you move through the postures you will find a deeper connection to yourself and practice letting go of what doesn’t serve you. You are encouraged to walk the line between effort and ease, it’s not a one-size-fits-all practice, feel free to modify!

Yin, Stephanie
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative practice where the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues, the fascia, the muscles. As a result, the asanas (postures) are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
Benefits are feeling open, centered & completely relaxed.
