We want to reassure all of our patients that the office is still open. We are here for you!! It is our goal to keep all of our patients and staff safe during this Covid-19 pandemic. We are therefore excited to offer Telemedicine to all of our current patients. Dr. Chan and Dr. Rosen can care for the majority of your medical problems, other than annual physicals, without the need for you to leave the comfort and safety of your own home!! Please call the office if you would like to schedule an appointment, or to change your currently scheduled appointment to a telemedicine visit.
We hope everyone is practicing social distancing. We know we can get through this if we all work together!!

Seminole Sports And Family Medicine, PA and LumaDoc Health, PA are excited to announce our move to our new location at 798 Executive Drive in Oviedo. We are moving Thursday and Friday, October 3rd and 4th, and will open for patient appointments Monday October 7th. Thank you for your patience during our transition!
