Send this to your work bestie who needs a little love on their business headshots!

There's always room for improvement when taking your own Business Headshots. Even in these few examples, there's things I could've done differently, HOWEVER, the few points I was focused on create a professional clear image.

Deep tissue doesn’t happen quick. We have to communicate with the nervous system that it’s safe to release which then allows us as therapists to sink into those Deep Tissues. There’s misconception around deep tissue that it just equates to FIRM pressure or body slamming our clients, but in reality it’s just getting to the muscles that are under other layers of muscle. Take a breath, and allow the body to release and receive. 🙏🏼
