Gentle flow yoga using the breath to provide some heat for flexibility, toning and relaxation. Wonderful for all levels

KIDS YOGA, APRIL

A fun and dynamic yoga class for children ages 6-12, kids will learn the basics of yoga through creative movement, games, and relaxation techniques. This class is designed to introduce kids to yoga in a playful, engaging way while helping them build strength, flexibility, and focus.

EMBODY & RESTORE, JASMINE

A practice for those who want to feel more at home in their bodies. Blend mindful movement from a vinyasa flow with the deep, therapeutic release of restorative yoga. We'll build functional strength and heat with intention before surrendering to supported, restful postures that facilitate deep nervous system regulation. Reconnect to your body's innate wisdom.

🗓️ May 3rd 4pm - Kids Yoga

Mother’s Day & Sound Bath

Join us for a special Mother’s Day Yoga & Sound Bath experience at Zen Space Wellness Studios featuring a gentle, all-levels yoga flow to help soften tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect to yourself—followed by an immersive sound bath designed to guide you into deep rest and restoration.
🌸Moms will be welcomed with flowers, soothing tea, and sweet treats as a reminder that they, too, deserve to be poured into.

A fun and engaging outdoor class for kids to move, play, and relax in nature! Through storytelling, games, and simple breathing, children will build confidence, flexibility, and calm.
