You might want to be alone.
You might want to be surrounded by people who understand.
You might honor your baby in a quiet way, or not at all.

Whatever this day looks like for you… let it be yours.

And if you know a bereaved mother, reach out. Even if you don’t know what to say.

“I’m thinking of you and your baby today” is enough.

A simple text can mean everything.

You might light a candle, make a small donation in their baby’s honor, or just remind them they are not forgotten.

Yessss! I often say to clients “we could sit here all day and try to figure this out but that’s a waste of our time bc we’ll never know. Let’s focus on what we DO know- let’s look at behaviors.” 💯 And if you don’t already follow John Delony do yourself a favor and follow him now. He’s so good!

If your heart is heavy this year, try to take good care of yourself during the holidays. Slow down, acknowledge the feelings, find a way to honor your loved one, and be honest with friends/family about what feels right for you- going to the gathering, not going, whatever you choose is okay. It’s okay if you don’t feel super grateful right now- you will see the light again. Be kind to yourself. The grief journey is so hard. ❤️🙏🏻

With Hurricane Milton nearing, please remember our kiddos feel our stress. Storm stress is common and understandable. Once you’ve prepped, try to rest in knowing you’ve done what you can.

Mamas, you’re doing a great job! Motherhood can be such a beautiful journey AND it can also be so so hard. Accept that two things can be true at once. Saying it’s hard doesn’t make you a bad mom. Find your tribe. Reach out for help if you need it.
