I probably share this a lot - but don’t underestimate the power of sunlight! I mix a lot of colors for cookies and they tend to stain my silicone prep bowls... but put them in the sun for a few hours and they are back to normal! (Goes for the simple sliver, veggie sliver, and silicone spatulas too!)

Here's a recipe worth repeating! I ❤ this one!

No-Bake Energy Bites
easy, delicious - and easy to make using our stainless steel scoop.

NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Mix everything above in a medium bowl until thoroughly incorporated. Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour. Once chilled, roll into balls and enjoy! Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. (They won't last that long!)
