Good morning all 🤗
As many of you know, July and August will be particularly busy months for me since we will be gone for a good portion of August 😁
So, I wanted to take a few moments and give all my clients the only openings still available in July and the few openings there will be in August, if you're not yet scheduled for a massage this will provide an opportunity to try and schedule ahead of time before it's all fully booked 😉
Available dates in July are:
Tuesday July 22nd, Wednesday July 23rd, Tuesday July 29th 2:30 and 3:30, Wednesday July 30th.

August I will be open Monday August 4th 11am- 7 pm.
Tuesday August 5th is available.
Last week of August Tuesday August 26th, Wednesday August 27th, Friday August 29th.

I'm always always educating my clients about fascia for good reasons 😁 Fascia is a connective tissue that keeps everything moving smoothly. But, when it gets tight or stuck it can cause restrictions, tightness and pain. More exciting news, yayyyyyy!!!! Electric acupressure is now available.
Electric acupressure works by sending a small electrical signal to help block pain, increase healing and more.
Electric acupressure will be a game changer for those pesky trigger points often found during massages and will be used combined with all other modalities when needed to relief pain and trigger points, wohoooo! So excited about this 🤗

Wowwwww!!!! Hard to believe! But, this year marks 30 years practicing Massage Therapy!! 🤸‍♀️🎉🎉🎉🎉 in my years as a massage therapist I can say that I have worked with amazing people, I've had the privilege to practice in several different cities and states, I have acquired so much knowledge and I have always had beautiful clients and it has always been my joy to work with them and help them through their wellbeing journey ❤️ looking forward to a good 10 more years or so in this amazing field, thank you all for allowing to be part of your journey.
As part of my 30 years celebration I will be incorporating hot stones into my massage routines as an extra treat for those that would like the extra touch to elevate the relaxation experience, free with each massage until the month of May, can't wait! 🥰
