There’s nothing “wrong” with wanting more depth, more closeness, or more intention in your relationship.

Sometimes the next version of your relationship isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about discovering what’s possible.

My work is helping couples find that version together.

What if your relationship had a user manual?
Most couples aren't "broken"; they're just unequipped. That's why we teach research-backed tools that help partners get unstuck, reconnect, and rebuild trust. One couple said it best after our last workshop:

"My spouse and I had been worlds apart and now have a blueprint to work through problems that have haunted our marriage for 5 years. I am thrilled and so grateful!"

Join us in Orlando this July for The Art and Science of Love, a Florida couples retreat built for real-life relationships.

Not every conversation in a relationship is a big one. Consider these responses to the question "Want to go for a walk?" or the invitation to "Look at this funny reel."

These are bids for connection; the small, overlooked ways we reach for each other. How we respond shapes the entire emotional tone of the relationship.

Do we turn toward? Turn away? Turn against? The difference seems small, but over time, it becomes everything.

This visual breaks it down simply.
Save it. Share it. Start noticing the bids.

Connection is built in the small moments we think are too small to matter.

Last night's Oviedo Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce event at Lazy Gator Bar was such a great time! Check out this view :) Genuine conversations, good food, and connection with the people who shape the rhythm of this town. There's something grounding about sharing space with others who care deeply about what they do.

What we choose to notice in our partner becomes the lens we love through.

It's easy to slip into autopilot. To focus on what frustrates.

But noticing the good, on purpose, isn't just sentimental. It's one of the most powerful habits of emotionally connected couples.

This is the kind of shift we practice in The Art and Science of Love, my Gottman-based workshop happening this July in Oviedo, Florida.

Because deeper connection doesn’t just happen. It’s chosen—moment by moment.

Do you know who your partner is - today?

Most couples think they're fighting about dishes or timing. But underneath it all? They've lost track of one another's inner worlds.

Love Maps - a concept from Gottman Therapy, help couples stay emotionally connected even when life pulls them in different directions.

This is where repair begins. Not justwith tools, but with curiosity.

If you're ready for a more connected relationship, I offer Gottman certified couples care for Connecticut and Florida residents, in- person or through secure telehealth.
