As we enter Vata season, it's essential to calm and relax the mind. To aid in this, I've introduced a new menu item called Shirodhara.

Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves gently pouring a continuous stream of warm herbal oil (or other therapeutic liquids) onto the forehead, specifically over the “third eye” area (the space between the eyebrows).
