We feel incredibly blessed and honored to have been part of the Project 31 Breast Cancer Survivorship Event.

It was such a meaningful day as we had the opportunity to help educate, encourage, and share valuable resources with women walking through the breast cancer journey and survivorship.

This event was especially close to my heart because I am incredibly grateful to be celebrating 10 years as a breast cancer survivor, and I truly believe this work and the principles inspired by Dr. Nasha Winters and The Metabolic Approach to Cancer have been a tremendous blessing in my own healing journey.

At A Touch Above Holistic Health Center, we are passionate about helping women better understand their health through a root-cause, terrain-focused, metabolic perspective that brings hope, education, and support.

Thank you to every woman who stopped by our booth, shared her story, and allowed us to pour into your journey.
