Big proud parent moment over here. 🥹

Denver has had such an awesome season of growth, and we could not be more proud of him!

He officially moved from Webelos to Arrow of Light in Cub Scouts, which is the highest rank in Cub Scouts and a big step toward moving into Scouts BSA.

He also received his 2nd character award of 4th grade for “working hard in class and showing increasing responsibility each day.” And to top it off, he wrapped up 4th grade being recognized as a trendsetter and leader among his classmates.

Watching him work hard, grow in responsibility, and keep becoming more of who he is meant to be has been the sweetest thing. Way to go, Denver! 💙

Low back pain often gets blamed on one bad movement, sleeping wrong, or overdoing it at the gym. And while those things can absolutely trigger a flare-up, they are usually not the whole story.

For many adults, low back pain keeps coming back because the body has been stuck in the same stress pattern for a long time. That can include pelvic imbalance, spinal restriction, muscle guarding, compensation patterns, poor posture, repetitive strain, or nervous system tension that never fully settles down.

So when the pain fades, it can feel like the problem is gone… until it comes right back again.

This is exactly why we do not just look at symptoms. We want to understand the deeper pattern underneath the pain so we can help the body move, adapt, and heal better.

If your low back pain keeps returning, it may be time to stop chasing temporary relief and start asking why it keeps happening in the first place.

Recurring low back pain is rarely just bad luck. More often, it is a sign that the body has been stuck in the same stress and compensation pattern for a long time.

That pattern can involve the spine, the pelvis, movement habits, muscle guarding, and even nervous system overload. So while the flare-up may feel sudden, the real issue has often been building underneath the surface.

In this video, Dr. Drake breaks down why low back pain keeps coming back and why real healing starts by looking deeper than the symptom.

Low back pain does not usually keep returning for no reason. While a flare-up may seem sudden, the real issue is often a deeper pattern that has been building over time.

Spinal tension, pelvic imbalance, repetitive stress, poor movement habits, and nervous system overload can all contribute to that cycle. So even when the pain fades for a while, the underlying stress pattern may still be there.

That is why lasting change often takes more than just temporary relief. It takes understanding why the problem keeps coming back in the first place.

In this video Dr.Drake dives discusses how to create lasting relief from pain.

Low back pain has a way of becoming “normal” for so many adults… until it starts affecting how you sit, sleep, work, exercise, or keep up with your family. The problem is, recurring low back pain is often blamed on one bad movement or a muscle strain, when in reality there may be a much bigger pattern underneath it.

Spinal stress, pelvic imbalance, compensation patterns, repetitive strain, posture changes, and nervous system overload can all build over time. That is why the pain may calm down for a while, then come right back again.

If you have been stuck in that cycle, our latest blog breaks down why low back pain keeps returning and what it may be telling you about the deeper stress patterns in your body.

Kids with low tone often tire out faster not because they are lazy or unmotivated, but because their body is working overtime behind the scenes. When muscle tone is low, it takes more effort to hold posture, stay balanced, move well, and keep up with everyday activity.

That extra energy demand can show up as frequent breaks, slouching, avoiding active play, or seeming worn out much faster than other kids their age. This is one reason it is so important to look deeper and understand what their body is really working against.

Low tone is often a sign that the nervous system needs support. When we help the body regulate and function better, kids can often build strength, coordination, and endurance more efficiently over time. 💙
