Sixteen months ago, Steve and I sat with a quiet nudge in our spirits…

This is how I determine who is fully let in…(not many people).

Your inner circle should be people who you trust with the 3 W's or the 3 M's and add to your life in a positive way.

Your Woman, Your Wallet and Their Word

Your Man, Your Money and Their Mouth (gossip)

Think about that for a minute.

Are there people who are in your circle that shouldn’t be?

Remember…people are either adding to your life or stealing from it. It's ok to be a helper but don't allow someone to take advantage of that heart ❤️ of yours.

Loving someone and allowing someone in your inner circle are 2 very different things.

Let’s get down to brass tacks…

People love to say its a “pyramid schemes,” but have you ever really looked at your 9 to 5?

CEO at the top.
Executives under them.
Managers below that.
Then supervisors.
And finally you. Doing the most work for the least pay.

That is a pyramid. Just one that society told you is normal.

But here's where we stand out our CEO doesn’t even take a paycheck. She works with us, not above us. She leads by example, not by title.

So before you judge someone for stepping outside the system, ask yourself: Are you really in a secure job, or just another brick in someone else’s pyramid?

Day 2…was EPIC!
