I am beyond excited to announce that Catalyst. Holistic Health is now sharing office space and a working relationship with Freedom Light Therapy right here in Owasso! Why is this exciting? It is exciting because the potential to help patients heal has increased significantly with this available right here in our office. Small personal testimony from red light use. The beginning of November I injured my elbow lifting, to the point of not being able to pour a coffee pot, nor able to pick up a cup (my beloved stanley), or shift my car from park to reverse without help from my other hand or intense pain. For the last 8 years I have been supporting clients in changing the context of their mind and emotions through trauma/nervous system healing protocols to restore mental and emotional well being. 

What I have come to understand is that the term “mind-body connection” is a bit of a misnomer. The mind and the body aren’t merely connected, they’re one unified system.

Therefore I am expanding my services! 💃🏻

I am working my way through a functional nutrition course focusing on gut healing! In this course I am learning to utilize stool and food sensitivity testing to be able to put together personalized healing protocols for clients.
