Good thing about having macros set is that in a pinch, I can choose other food options to hit my goals.

Didn’t defrost my English muffins so I chose cream of rice and fruit to replace those carbs and doesn’t set my meal plan off!

A little perspective goes a long way!

I’m sitting here eating my biggest meal of the day and I realized tha this is my first cut on a GLP-1. I take mounjaro due to being a diabetic.

The amount of food I have to eat isn’t that much, but I’m throwing a pitty party.

Then I realized and remember that I have a freshman high school football player trying to build
Muscle and size and he is on 4,800 calories and never complains and follows the program!

So suck it up butter cup eat your damn food!

Sitting here thinking and wanted to share with you what’s on my mind…

While the 3300 calories is not a lot of food for me (usually) the food selection and macro nutrient selections matter!

I’m focused on more/most of my carbs around my workouts. For me, this is new! Yes yes, I’ve dieted in many ways, but this one is new.

I am FULL most of the day, but get hungry during the evening with my last 2 meals. Veggie selection is key here.

So far, e joying the process, but it’s definitely an adjustment!

New Calories / Macro Break down:
387g Protein
251g Carbs
62g Fat

Total Calories: 3200 Calories

Most of my carbs are centered around my workouts. Pre / Intra / Post workouts + 1 High Carb Meal. the rest are proteins and greens / Veggies

Helpful Hint...if you are tracking your steps daily, make sure you DONT forget to bring said tracker to the gym with you...really messes up your day!😳
