Tonight’s pre-game prep focused on helping Lilli, Ellie, and Mila get balanced and ready for tip-off.

Nathan addressed areas most impacted in basketball legs, hips, feet, and shoulders so their bodies could move and stabilize more efficiently.

When the body is balanced, it can perform better and handle stress on and off the court.

We’re incredibly grateful to the parents who trust us with their girls.
