As a mom, a lover, a care-taker and an entrepreneur, I’ve learned the hard way that I can’t pour into everyone else if I’m running on empty. There was a time when rest felt like a luxury instead of a necessity, and my body was constantly reminding me to slow down.

Making space for self-care and intentional reset moments has truly changed my day-to-day life.

I show up more present, more patient, and more grounded, not just for my clients, but for my family and myself. Taking time to pause, breathe, and receive care has helped me regulate my nervous system, listen to my body, and move through my days with more clarity and ease.

This is why I’m so passionate about what I do. Self-care isn’t selfish…. It’s f****** essential.

It’s how we heal, recharge, and continue showing up as the best versions of ourselves.
