This is a workshop for the young ones (and adults too if they choose). During the Energetic Self-Care workshop, Shannon from will teach the basics of energetic anatomy, how to protect your energy, clear your energy, and other tools for self care. This workshop is intended for children and young adults but every age is welcome.
