Friends,
It is with a very heavy heart that I share the passing of our dear colleague, Karmen Chambers. Many close to her knew she was a Type 1 diabetic who underwent a kidney and pancreas transplant on September 27th. After months of courageous ups and downs, she sadly lost her battle.

Our Sterling family is broken. We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of support from our business partners and the communities we serve—you are truly part of our Sterling family, and we share this loss together.

Over her 13 years with Sterling, Karmen’s tenacity, spirit, and unwavering commitment shaped our success and left an enduring mark. I reminded her just how much she meant to us all, and her family is very proud knowing the incredible impact she had on so many lives within the long-term care community.

May we continue to honor her by supporting one another the way she always did and—when possible—in fabulous designer heels.

We're hosting 2 fundraisers next week with Coldstone and Maui Wowi to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association! From 11-4 Tuesday, June 24th at our Mendota Heights pharmacy parking lot and Wednesday , June 25th at The Cedars of Austin!

Karmen Chambers and Jenny Haugen dropped off the donations from Sterling Long Term Care Pharmacy. They are excited to sponsor Three Links Care Center as this year's facility for Best Christmas Ever. They are appreciative for the opportunity to help residents have an even brighter Christmas this year! We are so grateful for their generosity! Thank you for making this the Best Christmas ever for our residents!

At Sterling, we give our all to the communities and residents we serve! Our vaccination team travels daily for over a month to ensure all our partnering communities are taken care this Fall. 💚 Many thanks to our team of nurses who wake up early and get home late.
