We had a great Monday with baking club today. We made Apple Caramel cheese cake dip.
It was so tasty with the cheesecake, caramel, toffee bites, pecans and mini chocolate chips. Then we dipped apples and vanilla wafers.
Then this weekend they made apple “stainglass” sun catchers.

Thank you, Maddy from Moments Hospice for bringing us a wonderful snack this afternoon for Assisted Living week.
They got to build their own yogurt parfait with strawberries , blueberries , granola and mini chocolate chips. It was a hit by all!
