🇺🇸🎆 Happy 4th of July from Advanced Foot & Ankle Clinic! 🎆🇺🇸

As you celebrate Independence Day, don’t forget to give your feet some TLC! Here are some tips to keep your feet happy and healthy during the festivities:

1. Choose the Right Footwear: Wear comfortable and supportive shoes, especially if you’ll be walking or standing for long periods.
2. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your body and feet hydrated.
3. Apply Sunscreen: Don’t forget to protect your feet from sunburn. Apply sunscreen on exposed areas, including the tops of your feet.
4. Rest and Elevate: If you’re on your feet all day, take breaks to rest and elevate your feet to reduce swelling.
5. Foot Hygiene: After a day of fun, wash/dry your feet thoroughly and moisturize to keep them clean and soft.

Enjoy the celebrations and take care of your feet! If you have any foot concerns, we’re here to help.

Wishing you a safe and happy 4th of July from the Advanced Foot & Ankle Clinic family! 🎇👣❤️
