As someone with a chronic illness who deals w random aches and pains that can last awhile, I wanted to see the difference doing cryotherapy almost daily for a week vs once a week made.
I did 10 min of cryo on both thumbs 6 out of 7 days this past week. The difference has been amaZinG 🤩
1. Reduced ache and pain throughout the day
2. Longer time before ache and pain starts during the day
3. With less pain, came increased mobility and flexibility.
Now let’s try the hip and see what happens!!!
