💥PATIENT HIGHLIGHT💥

Tim experienced a traumatic posterior shoulder dislocation on August 28th 2025. After having it reduced two different times, his Orthopedic recommended a total shoulder replacement surgery.

Tim decided against the surgery and to perform PT instead.

Through intense PT for several months working with Bryan and the Peak Performance crew, Tim says that he has absolutely reached his goals, regained 95% use of his shoulder and is now stronger than ever before.

Tim is an avid fly fisherman and he is now able to enjoy his favorite past time and plans to resume golfing this summer.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on patient care to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
- Current PTA license in New York State
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

💥PATIENT HIGHLIGHT💥

Joe was a brave man…. He got a DOUBLE knee replacement!🥴

After years of both his knees bothering him, Joe finally decided to have surgery.

While the initial stages were a struggle, he is more than happy with the results! After just a couple months of working with both Drew and Brandon, Joe has full function of both his knees.

He even plans on resuming both golf and tennis this spring/summer!

Congrats Joe! Your hard work paid off

💥PATIENT HIGHLIGHT💥

Debbie came in to see Brandon for left sided hip pain. She has a torn labrum and tendonitis in her hip.

Prior to PT, Debbie had severe pain, stiffness, limping, and lack of sleep because of her hip.

After a few months of working with Brandon, she says her life is changed and treatment was an extreme success. She can now walk without a limp, sleep through the night, and has resumed most normal activities with no pain.

Debbie wants to make sure that people know that she HATES exercise. She would rather just be active mowing the lawn or gardening, but since PT and targeted exercise has been “life changing,” she plans to continue!

She also added that Peak Performance has a wonderful atmosphere - the staff are so friendly and helpful, respect your limitations and always encouraging.

Peak Performance will be CLOSED on Thanksgiving, November 27th and will be open on Friday November 28th from 6am-12pm.

Tioga Fitness Center members with the Kisi app will continue to have 24/7 access.

It’s been far too long….lets do another 💥 patient highlight 💥

Kim came in to see Bryan with a Bakers cyst behind her left knee.

Prior to PT Kim struggled with severe pain in her knee which limited her everyday mobility to only level surfaces.

After just a few weeks of working with Bryan and the crew Kim is now able to walk in the woods for over a mile, climb stairs, and overall feels much stronger and healthier than she did before.

Congrats Kim!

💥 PATIENT HIGHLIGHT 💥

Nate has been a warrior. About a year and a half ago in January 2024 he ruptured both of his patellar tendons. He shortly after had surgery.

A year later he was still lacking basic function. He had significant swelling, was unable to walk down stairs unassisted, and even struggled just getting out of bed.

Then he met Bryan.

After a few months at Peak Performance almost all of his swelling is gone and he is able to perform day to day tasks unassisted and more confidently than ever before.

“Everyday I showed up everyone at Peak gave their 100%. The dedication and focus to my individual needs were some of the main reasons for my successful treatment.”
