I was exhausted yesterday by the time I made it to the gym.
But I maxed out the volume on my Lil Scrappy Radio (Pandora) and got to business.
Total body progressive workout 🤘🏻 substituted for total body day in BBG because I miss weights 💪🏻
Killed it 🤘🏻🔥
BG before: 91 BG after: 108
I think it’s safe to say I judged my dose of preworkout insulin very well 💪🏻
