While updating the email reminders I send to clients, I realized this was something worth sharing here too —especially for anyone new or curious about what makes my sessions a little different.

There’s no need to arrive early—I build in time between sessions so we can connect, chat, and do a proper intake without cutting into your hands-on time.

Unlike clinics that run sessions on the hour and squeeze your actual massage time into 50 minutes, I focus on quality over quantity. I take time to understand your needs so you receive the full session you booked—never rushed.

This isn’t a budget massage. It’s personalized, intentional care. You’ll feel the difference.

I recommend allowing an extra 30 minutes in your schedule after your session so you’re not rushed heading into your next commitment. Great bodywork takes time—and you’re absolutely worth it.
