It is meditation in motion—each step returning you to the present.

🌬️ Breathing is not merely automatic.
With awareness, it becomes an anchor for the mind.

📓 Journaling is not dwelling on the past.
It is observing the mind without judgment.

☀️ Sunlight is not just warmth.
It reminds the nervous system that it is safe.

💧 Hydration is not trivial.
A clear body supports a clear mind.

🧘 Stretching is not only exercise.
It is the release of tension stored quietly in the body.

🌿 Nature is not an escape.
It is a return to what is real and unconditioned.

📵 Digital breaks are not avoidance.
They are boundaries that protect your attention, energy, and peace.

The Buddha taught that suffering arises when the mind is constantly pulled outward.
Peace begins when we come back—to the breath, the body, and this moment.

You don’t need to fix your mind.
You need to let it settle.

Slow down.
Simplify.
Reset.

Happy New Year everyone!! It is time to book a yoga class at in the woods. Monday, Wednesday and Sunday nights 7:00-8:00 pm. Saturday mornings at 9:30-10:30. Drop in rate $18, 4 classes per month and expires monthly, or $75 unlimited yoga classes per month. Get healthy and feel good!

Tree Pose (Vrksasana) 🌳

Balance with awareness, not force.
✔️ Lengthen the spine, center the pelvis, and place the foot above or below the knee.
❌ Avoid lifting the shoulders, shifting the hips, or pressing the foot into the knee.

Strong roots create steady balance—on and off the mat.
