I’m taking a yoga class for teachers called neurosoma yoga. If you’re feeling sad, depressed, anxious, worried, or stressed, I have a plan for you. Get a piece of paper, write the letters A-Z down your paper. Then, write an adjective that begins with the letter. For example letter A-apathy, B-beautiful, C-cute etc…Now notice how you feel. You might be smiling;)
